You will manage all hiker communication across multiple channels, respond to inquiries, maintain structured logs, manage social media and website content, and support the communication flow for signature experiences and collaborations. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for tourism and storytelling.

You will coordinate with Destination Management Companies, local hosts and guides, accommodation providers, and transport and logistics partners to ensure smooth fulfilment of trail experiences. This role involves managing schedules, confirmations, documentation, and stakeholder coordination, while supporting strong operational partnerships across the trail network.
